Refund policy

 

1. OVERVIEW

We want you to love your purchase.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.

 

2. CHANGE OF MIND

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging (where possible)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

3. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for:

  • size changes

  • faulty items

If you need a different size, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

 

4. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description

  • photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

5. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • processing times may vary depending on your provider

6. DONATION COMPONENT 

For products that include a charitable contribution (such as the Difficult Women tee):

  • Refunds apply to the product purchase in line with this policy

  • Any portion of profits already allocated or donated as part of the initiative is non-refundable

7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products (including downloadable magazines and content), all digital purchases are non-refundable.

Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchasing.

8. SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

9. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  • reason for return

10. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)
